Why was this rejected?

I tried to make 2 different restaurants in a shoping plaza into poke stops. One is a Vegan place and the other is on Italian place. Both were marked as rejected. The reasons are as follows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ely's Vegan restaurant had this,
"Photo is low quality (e.g., pitch black/blurry photos or photos taken from a car), The real-world location of the nomination appears to be sensitive (e.g. non-historic or culturally significant gravestones or cemeteries), Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria."
Carmella's Cafe had this,
"Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria, Nomination title or description is not relevant."
Is it possible to see the complete details of your nominations (title, description, main photo, supporting photo, supporting text)? It'll be easier for us to give feedback with them.
I also would like to see screenshots from your full nomination, without it it's hard to help you in any way as we don't know what reviewers saw.
We need to see the full nomination for each of these - 1 per thread is best. Restaurants are hard to get through and need good info and supporting info - we need to see what you wrote and why these should be approved.
This was for Carmella's Cafe.
Well, neither the nomination details nor the supporting info make this out to be anything special or different from any other restuarants with "great food". Nothing in the supporting information helps in any way, it does not actually say anything and the mention of parks or freeways has no relvance.
Any awards / any appearances in guidebooks / good press coverage / websites etc. Looking at the info supplied this is just "another restaurant".
Have a look at the submission in this thread as an example of "how to submit your local restaurant" in terms of the details and information supplied in the nomination. https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/comment/83132#Comment_83132
Your description and and supporting statement is typical of any locally own and even some franchise restaurants. Unless this happens to be the only Italian resturant in the area/county, has live music or other public events, or you can find newspaper articles discribing how the restaurant is culturally important to the community, I don't see much hope for this.
