Photo review sugesstion

While reviewing location, title and description edit, reviewers can access directly Google street view in reviewing session. However reviewers cannot access Google street view in photo review session. So if I or other reviewers want to use Google street view, we have to go access Google Maps and entering address ourselves. This is uncomfortable.
I don't know this is an intentional specification or not. If it is possible to directly access Google Maps during photo review, I would like Niantic to implement this feature.

I said the same thing when this "Photo review" came out, thinking we were meant to be checking these photos to see if they were correct for the Waypoint, and got very frustrated that we could not do it. After a while, I took another look at what Niantic are actually asking.
All they want to know is "do these photos meet the guidelines" - https://niantic.helpshift.com/a/wayfarer/?p=web&l=en&s=how-to-review-wayspots&f=photo-guidelines. Although it does seem counter-intuitive just doing this when compared to the other reviewing we do for submissions, this is all they seem to want. Therefore, looking at the location is not required. Photo reviews are just a check for blurry photos and numberplates as far as I can see, i'm not sure if they are even real or just a Niantic test.
Ingress agents don't get badge credit for reviewing photos (or edits). We should not even have to see them.
Ingress photos haven't uploaded in over six months.
Tons of wayspots were loaded last week with no photos at all.
I don't think Niantic is going to put effort in a few tweaks on something they plainly don't care about.

I hate to say otherwise but it's not the case all the time. I have seen both photos totally different and from (apparently) different places as well while photo reviewing, and when I'm not familiar with the location due to not being my city or not even my country (because oddly enough we come across several brazilian and argentinian nominations each day) sometimes it's really hard and a total pain without background knowledge or the proper google maps thing to check more efficiently...😖
Yes, I've had photos that clearly don't have anything to do with each other and there is no way to tell which ones belong to the Waypoint we are looking at and which don't. However, we are not asked to check if the photos belong to the Waypoint, just if they meet criteria.
Another example is those new-age Christian churches that change their branding every year or so. I can tell if the photo is good but have no idea what the current name is.
ok, i was totally wrong reviewing photo. ok i understand now that only photo REJECTION criteria matter. but then i do not understand what for the title address and location picture exists on the photo tab. it is totally unnecessary information in this case. and yes, then the review is going to be strongly faster, and the timer 20s for review is generally absurd then.
you kidding me? The title is "Dorokhov School of Arts". what to choose by the criteria :)

It's look like one of pokestops that was added by Niantic by mistake recently with they not-checked database (I wrote pokestop because they were for now only added in PoGO) - many of them even if have name of some existing place, often are in really misplaced location (some were even in the middle of the sea, and one of it became a gym xD).
These new added POI don't have they own images, but player can add images from this location to them - and looks like this one is misplaced in some place for garbage cans, so player added photo of this location xD I think we will get much more photo edits like that very soon...
Well in this case the photo of the dumpsters was taken from a car, so it doesn't meet criteria. (And obviously the placeholder image doesn't meet criteria either.)
