Same Location Edit comes for review again and again

I posted details here, same Location Edit comes for review again and again. I guess this is backend problem. Many location edit points cause that all reviewers cannot choose correct point and backend cannot determine correct Wayspot's point forever. Reviewing the same ridiculous location edits is nonsense and a waste of time and human resources. Please investigate, Niantic.
Also, this is problem that who submit pointless location edit or submit many location edits too. In a way, this is one of abuse.

I have seen the recurring location edit over and over again for a local nomination titled: Point Clare Cemetery Gazebo, as it is seen below.
The correct location is the top one, but this edit keeps reappearing again and again and again, and frankly it is annoying.
That's due to network and server issues you need to wait for sometime then do again I also face this sometimes.
I have seen the same edit in voting approximately 20 times in the last month... since Niantic has not moved this into the Known Issues section despite many reports in this thread as well as in General Discussion, I assume it is not actually a bug but rather the result of players repeatedly resubmitting edits in hope of gaming the system. So I am now reporting the continuously repeated edits I see as abuse.
