What about forestry office/forester's lodge?

Sorry if there was already a discussion, but I'm curious what other people would think. I know that one place that is near forest, a forestry office that was recently merged in what makes a small library. It's all public, people come there to read, I come there, it's a great place to spend time. But it gets rejected everytime, should I keep on trying or give up?

It always gets rejected with seasonal and private- I see how it looks. There's already a pokestop, but it's a board, not a place.
Just to note that the building itself won't become a new wayspot even if approved as it is too close to the existing wayspot for the sign that is right in front of the building.
At the risk of sounding repetative, something like this needs some sort of sign to prove what it actually is, otherwise "PRP" is going to be used a lot.
