which is duplicate indeed, just reviewed or already accepted

i found, that there is a portal close https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=55.193768,30.142686&z=18

they had the same photos. but the distance is great, and according to Google maps, the first is correct, and the second (already accepted) is fake. i believe it should be moved to a position of new.

so, i marked new as a duplicate, but i'm not sure if it is correct.. please advise what to do in this case, or just mark new as duplicate and don't care about them? i can't comment in duplicate verdicts, mb is better to mark it as an abuse and someone will read the comment? but I don't want to mark the submitter.

actually Niantic should look carefully whole that location, cause more portals on the way (i have reviewed more duplicates (or not) in this location recently)
