Help Improve this Neon Light Nomination

I nominated this neon light twice, the first time was rejected by different reasons. The attached second attempt narrow down to "The nomination does not meet the criteria.".

    I probably wouldn’t bother with this. Its part of a restaurant and I would consider it to be a mass produced sign. If the cafe is famous like you said make a good nomination for that instead
