The portal "Кораблик" https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=51.656191,39.210206 is placed on private property and I have not found any information that it is real picture.
I have attached the Ingress Intel screenshot with portal location and number of house and name of the street and panorama photo with the same number of house and name of the street. As you can see on this photo - it is private property house, there are fences, bordering it from all sides.
Also rejection email is attached.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
