Wayspot upgrade glitching.

Yesterday on a post of mine I mentioned that a wayspot that i submitted 40 days ago is still in voting even after I used an upgrade on it. Contrary to that yesterday I put another wayspot on upgrade and that one is voted already in about 12 hours.
Now as I went on for withdrawing my previous nominated wayspot, it won't allow me to withdraw or allow any edits on its description. Could anyone explain what could be happening?

You can not edit any nomination once it enters voting. You can not withdraw a "upgrade next" nomination. You should be able to withdraw an "Upgraded" nomination.
