Are signs like this acceptable?

I was recently asked about signs like this & I feel like they could be acceptable but I wanted to ask for advice. It is permanent, has a sidewalk beside it, directs to other points of interest, & would be a big help to anyone new to the community. But... I wasn’t sure how promising it was & didn’t want to give the wrong advice. I also wasn’t sure what to title it or tell the person that wanted to submit it. They asked me for advice. I think it’s acceptable but I wanted to get advice myself first & possibly give ideas to others at the same time. What do you think?

No. This is just a directional sign pointing you toward points of interest. It is not interesting itself.
I would probably say no since its mainly just a directional sign
Only artful signs or trail marker signs are valid. Such signs only saying in which direction you need to go to get to x or y or z are invalid.
