Nominating a colorful, permenant block under the bridge. What I did wrong?

Hello all,
I was trying to Nominate a permenant rock block nearby to be a stop, but received below rejections:
- not fulfilling Wayspot criteria
- Abuse or offending other players
- temporary or seasonal display
I don't understand why the block is being consider as offensive. Could anyone help look into it?

Dont stress over that rejection reason. The real issue is the “does not meet criteria” rejection. How does this meet criteria? From what i see you havent given a reason for it to meet criteria

I think I know why you got all these rejection reasons:
As Jtronmoore-PGO wrote, it doesn't really look like something that us eligible, so "Doesn't met criteria" seems correct rejection reason.
And it might be true that other rejection reasons are random or not correct, but here is explanation why you might got them:
Rejection reason "Temporary or seasonal": You could get it because it does look like something that was put here and might be taken quite easy to some other location. I know you wrote it's made of rock (so it's quite heavy), but it's in quite weird place (on drainage channel), as if someone put it here as mistake or just to make drainage channel more safe or something like that. It just doesn't look like it was put here to stay for a long time, it's not he best place for it.
As for abuse, because it looks like something not permament, and is located in a weird place (on drainage channel, and not on ground near pavement), someone might think it was put here by you just to make new POI in this place, and as it's considered abuse, someone flagged it as one. I'm not sure if it's also visible on map, so if it's under bridge where people can't seen it, and it looks out of place here, it's even more likely that someone thought about it as abuse. Sadly, many people try to make fake POIs with very different things, so some reviewers are really suspicious.
I can't guarante it's beacuse of that you got these rejection reasons, but it is possible that reviewers thought about it like that.
Thanks @Maxyme99-PGO and I feel like I understand the reason now (hope I have lol). Yes, that cube was quite weire that built on a drainage and looks like can be removed. Maybe that was not very eligible to be a pokestop or portal in the game.
I am glad to receive other's comment to help so next time i can make a better submission on portal/pokestop, from better analysis we can understand the failure reason.
