Bountiful hosts an annual Chalk Art Festival, where local artists come create detailed drawings with plain sidewalk chalk. These pretty things are displayed for a week, and then washed away. This "mural" was always temporary, and was removed years ago. You can clearly see the photosphere is a chalk creation, but here are sources which go into detail on the chalk festival itself.
