Approved 2020 Nomination Back Into Voting

Just today, my nomination, Southampton Rugby Club went into voting. It was already approved last year, and is already in game with my exact picture.
I've recently reviewed some nominations with no supporting image, which I assume were from years ago. Were they caused by the same reason?
I checked my email, and I never received confirmation that this submission was eligible. So it's possible that an audit of nominations without the eligibility email re-sent my nomination into the voting queue. There is a possibility that should it be re-accepted, there will be a duplicate photo on the POI.

Apparently a big error has occurred in Niantic's production database. This is a critical bug that warrants immediate attention by Niantic.

I've literally just come on here to check if something was up. I've been getting lots of duplicate reviews with the exact same picture and title as the existing Wayspots, but without any supporting information.
I guess I'll stop reviewing until this is sorted out.
None of my accepted submissions have been thrown back into voting as far as I'm aware. However, I'm reviewing a TON of duplicate submissions that have the same exact coordinates and photos as the already existing Wayspot.
I just had a long-rejected submission (something I had to try again on to get accepted) go back into voting.
Same issue.

This is really bad for the system now...
I'm getting a lot old duplicates and rejected nominations. Some of them are very old, from the time you could edit a location more than 10 meters away (2018/2019). It must be fixed as soon as possible. The high ammount of old nominations is slowing down the system.
Same thing here. One nomination that was submitted in 10/2019 and accepted 12/2019 popped back into voting.
This nomination is one of the few that was bugged so, that I never received a confirmation e-mail about the submission. However it appeared to be submitted correctly and was later approved. No other of those bugged submissions have reappeared back in queue or in voting, just this one.

I've had a 2019 submission and approval go back into voting as well. It was approved (and was in it's own cell) but never showed up in Ingress or PoGo. Maybe it will have better luck this time?
