Usually the reasons are listed in the rejection email from Niantic. However, there are reports people are receiving emails with just “.” where the rejection reasons should be.
Sometimes mine end up in my spam but that’s frustrating if you didn’t receive one. I believe that might me another bug right now too, it’s hard to keep up with them all
You should post your nomination from the Wayfarer website (with pictures, title, description and supporting info). We might be able to help you figure it out.
Here are some of the issues with your nomination based on what you posted:
Your main photo contains a timestamp watermark on the bottom right (2021.04.22 18.42), which is a reason for rejection
No Street View / photosphere that reviewers can use to verify the temple location
The Google Maps location does not contain any pictures of the temple, again another issue as reviewers cannot confirm that the pinned temple is the same as the one you submitted.
A better picture (during the day and without the timestamp) can help to show the temple structure / sign
The main issue must have been the timestamp, that's an automatic rejection. The picture isn't too good either, the electric pole is too much in focus. Try and take a new picture with the main facade in the centre.
Unlike @okto345-ING, I don't see the lack of photosphere or Google Maps picture as much of an issue, the building is almost certainly identifiable on Satellite View. Reviewers who reject based on this are going against review guidelines. But honestly, there's an unfortunately large amount of reviewers who do this, so a photosphere would definitely help.
"No pokestop around" is not a reason to justify anything being an excellent waypoint. Tell people how it meets the eligibility criteria.
As others mentioned, your main photograph appears to focus on a leaning telegraph pole at night. I'm sure this could be improved by taking a photo during the daytime with the temple in the centre of the photograph. Turn off the watermark and maybe also the odd widescreen resolution you've got going on there.
Your supporting photo should try to show the wayspot within its surroundings. This can help with confirming the location, as well as verifying that it has safe pedestrian access. I'd head across the street and take a photo of the temple from there.
And although it might not help the submission much, I'd probably put the information about the age of the temple in the description too.

15years old temple where lots of people come to worship. since there is no pokestop around this could be an excellent wayspot.
