why is my upgrade not used.. how long does it take..?.. this is my first nomination in my account and still it has not upgraded..

Usually less tha 24 hrs, if you did the nomination after you earned your upgrade
What if he pre-stocked? That's why I did, and have the same problem
Same thing, usually around 24 hrs per upgrade if you nominate multiple and have multiple available (unless thibgs changed recently)
