Additional information: As you can see the portal is in the middle of a garden, not at the rathaus. iam not 100% sure where the real location of the rathaus is, thats why i report it as invalid POI. i think it is 2 meter behind the portal "Rathausbrunnen Altenheim" (coordinates of that portal is 48.464219,7.808569) at least the wall and the windows at the building behind it looks the same. But it is not 100% sure if the buildung behind the brunnen is the same or if it just has an equal look. also a wayfinder should net get rewarded with fake locations and then correct it to break niantics rules. i think the wrong location was to break the cell rule of pokemon go. this POI is clearly agains niantic rules and should not stay in the game, since it can be verified that the location ingame is clearly wrong but the real location can not be 100% veryfied
this is not the first time this wayfinder made a fake nomination. i reported one fake nomination already here: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/15447/fakeportal-in-altenheim#latest . NianticGiffard said " We have reviewed the report and have taken action on the Wayspot and 1 Wayfinder in accordance with our policies." this wayfinder still makes fake nominations as you can see in my report here, the actions against this wayfinder did clearly not helped to make him stop. maybe the team should take harder actions to make him stop with this fakes

How can you report something if you are not sure where the correct location is? The only thing I can see here is a discrediting of the player who submitted the wayspots here. Not in vain would you report a second suggestion from a player. Because an offense can only be reported if you are sure.
Because if you come from this place yourself, you can A. Correct the location. And B. submit the wayspots correctly in your opinion! Especially if you as an ingress player have a free hand in terms of locations. And even if it was because of the cells, the town hall is big enough, you can set the location around the building, as there is enough open space, so there is no passing here! Or do you like to be a sneak? I also constantly correct incorrectly set wayspots, but I wouldn't dream of reporting other players, that's really a bad habit, very sad.
