Cannot withdraw proposition

I want to remove some of my old propositions.
Clicking on removing change their status on the screen, but when reloading later the propositions they are still there.

My friend was also facing same issue couldn't withdrew the nomination
This morning they were withdrawed. Guess there is a HUGE lag on this.
Having the same issue today. Submitted withdrawals for four nominations. Checked my nominations list immediately after and they still show as active. How long is the lag after submitting the withdrawl request before they display as withdrawn? I do not want these randomly chosen as my 5 free Russia event upgrades!
Update: the withdrawals all show up now. Lag time was about an hour.
What free upgrades ? :p
