Submitting a Portal Nomination

Hi! I sent a request for a new portal ("San Michele - VPK 16" is the name), but the game gave me the error screen, so I tried again and confirmed the submission. A few minutes later I received two emails for the same request and also on wayfarer site is the same. If possible I would like to get back the lost request, thanks.

Duplicate submissions were a common error in Pokémon Go a while back and they never gave submissions back then. You'll likely have to wait the usual 7 days to get it back.
