Is it supposed to be allowed for Wayfinders in forum "jail" to be able to post?

This is not the only case. It was the same with one of the St.Cloud guys. Now, he got permanently banned from the forum.
Also, I want to use this chance to say that the "Best of" feature doesn't work currently. At least on my screen, only some of the categories show posts.
But honestly, no one would care about it lol

Thanks for surfacing, @Roli112-PGO, this is actually working as intended.
Jailed users cannot create new discussions, but can comment on existing threads (although at a limited rate/speed).
The idea behind being jailed is to punish the user a little bit to let them know that we're serious, but to let them continue to be a part of the community and correct their behavior or risk permanent suspension if they don't.
This is consistent across all Niantic forums.
