Accepted Nominations not updating in Intel map or Wayfarer Nomination list

Hi folks,
I'm seeing a strange kind of bug these days that my nominations are not getting reflected in Intel map or even in the nomination tab in Wayfarer after getting accepted. If anyone else facing some similar issues please use this thread to pull it up. I've attached the evidence to my claims here.
