Additional information: This Wayspot is on private property. It used to be accessible, but now fences have been put up to isolate the whole camping area. It can only be accessed by people with an RFID chip. Recently, players have been caught trespassing into this area and (after explaining) we have been asked to appeal to remove the wayspot. You can see by the sheer amount of invalid portal reports that have already been submitted for this portal in the past months.

Your arguments are worthless. As you said yourself, people have access, that ends the subject. The wayspot is legitimate. It doesn't have to be accessible to everyone.
I was asked to post an appeal and here we are. If it stays, it stays. I've put that wayspot there myself in 2019, so I should at least be allowed to ask to remove it now.
Were you asked to appeal of removal by owners of this place? If yes, it would be much easier if the owners asked Niantic about it, there was some kind of form for owners that don't want any POIs to be on they property.
But if you were asked for appeal by some random people, not the owners, then your reason for removal don't seem enough, as owners didn't complain about it.
So, you now know what there shoul be done to get it removed :)
To add to what Maxyme99-PGO has said, if the property owners are requesting the portal removal, then they (or whoever has "the authority to make this request with the owner's consent") can report it through this link:
As stated above, limited access is not a reason for removal. If the property owners want it removed they can do so with proper documentation using the link provided above. You "putting" a waypoint does not give you special privilege's to ask for its removal. (you didnt "put" it, you nominated it, the community "put" it)
I'm not asking for privilege, I'm asking for consideration. If the appeal is denied, I will contact the property owner again. It's just more paperwork in the end.
Actually it will be less, since this doesnt meet any removal criteria, your fighting a lost battle here. Just go the proper route.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided the Portal in question does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
