This is a photo of the current sign. It wasn't taken to prove this sign's position but does show the orientation of the sign in relation to the brick retaining wall. The original pin was back against the wall as can be seen in the Street View image from the entrance which shows the old sign.
The street view from the main road, Morrisville Parkway, shows the current sign, and confirms that the location edit accuracy.
Additional information: I went to verify that the portal had actually moved because of the vague email wording, but it is gone from my Ingress Map. I refreshed and reloaded and closed and reopened, but it is gone. I had submitted the location edit because the original sign had been replaced and moved closer to the sidewalk.
