Accepted Waypoint Not Appearing in Game - Next Steps?

I submitted a waypoint on 4/8/2021, and it was approved. The name of the stop is: Thomas Stewart Park Historical Sign.
Based off of the submission I am not seeing it on the Intel Map, and based off of what someone said. This stop is also not in Ingress.
My question is - it appears to be to close to the Pokestop titled: Thomas Stewart Park Pavillion
Based off the feedback from this thread:
a. It appears my submission was within 20 meters to the Pavillion
b. Was this stop automatically rejected also by the system in Automated Review?
c. Does the Historical Sign need to be resubmitted?
