Request assigned to "Next improvement" does not go to "Improved"

The request is bugged, months ago I assigned the "Next improvement" and even with 4 improvements, the request is not updated to the "improved" status. As it is "in voting" it cannot be withdrawn either. I keep accumulating improvements that are not assigned to any request for this error.
Excuse the writing, my native language is Spanish.
