The Town of Lincoln has many parcels of land under the jurisdiction of the Conservation Commission. These parcels were all identified with similar signs stating, "Lincoln Conservation Land." The town has erected new signs with the name of the property. The new sign at the location describes it as "Mount Misery."

Google Maps confirms the name of the parking lot and the hiking trails from this point.
