The POI is misplaced and almost impossible to reach with the 40m radius. The only way to get there is to leave the paths (prohibited in nature reserves) or to visit it with a canoe (I did this a few times xD). The real location should be clear. Probably a nomination made with the current position of the submitter, which might be a bit off due to the fact that this is a forest/nature reserve.
