Neighborhood Nature Trail

I'm looking for feedback on this one that was rejected. I knew PRP was going to be a issue, since it is in a neighborhood.
I did my research and tried to address that as much as possible in the supporting information, but it was still rejected for private residential property, which it is not. Neighborhood association owns the land and residents are encouraged to use the area. I even put the location on the public sidewalk.
The streetview is old and goes not show the sign, so I will see about getting a new photosphere added to confirm the real-workd location.
I'm not sure how to address it does not meet criteria. It's a nature trail with a sign that clearly denotes that.
I upgraded it to see what would happen, but will not next go round.
Thanks for the feedback.

To be straight with you, I am not sure you can get this through. The sign does not look very professional, and it seems temporary the way it is mounted to the stake and stuck in what looks like a patch of lawn. The nearby driveway also makes it appear to be on private property. At first glance, this may seem to be a fake to some reviewers. Since you upgraded the nomination, fewer people actually looked at it, so first impressions really hurt you.
To resubmit if you do, my suggestions are to take a closer photo of the sign for the nomination photo. Then take a supporting photo from well out on the street showing the front of the sign to give a clearer picture of where this is. (You said your supporting photo shows the trail, but I don't see one in it.) Since the Street View is showing the area empty, I would also use the Street View app to place a photosphere there showing it exists.
Your description has a lot of good information. I would shorten that a little. But when I tap on text boxes to try to see more information as you suggest in your supporting statement, it doesn't show for me as a reviewer. I would definitely keep that to around 200 characters. I would simply state that this trail meets criteria for exercise, exploration, and being social. If you can provide a link to records showing this is a trail for the community, give the link in the supporting statement, but all the parcel numbers and such are too much information and people will just glaze over it. I don't believe quoting the ama is a good use of text space, because good reviewers will already know that and bad reviewers won't read that far.
Good luck with this. I know it is frustrating.
I think @cyndiepooh-ING has some great suggestions above, particularly with regards to the supporting photo and the shorter supporting info. Especially make sure you get that fire hydrant in the supporting photo, assuming it's still there--I would probably even add a very brief reference in the supporting info like "Note fire hydrant in supporting photo for reference."
I would also suggest taking the main photo from a bit further to the left so that the trail is more clearly visible in the background of the main photo, and I would suggest you tighten up the pin placement on the map, as your current pin is on the very edge of the street, but the sign appears to be a few meters past the sidewalk.
Personally, I think the sign looks plenty professional. It's just about the type of sign I'd expect to see for this sort of trail. I am mindful that it could look fake to some reviewers, particularly since it isn't on Street View. Overall, though, I think it might take a few tries just because of the close proximity to the houses and the phrase "residents only" scaring off some misguided reviewers, but I think it stands a good chance of being accepted.
tbh looks like a very solid nomination. I would also not refer to the ama’s in the supporting info. I would also not upgrade this and let your locals review it
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I appreciate it.
The new streetview photosphere is up, so that should help confirm the location.
And I will cut down the text in the supp info. I had to laugh at "because good reviewers will already know that and bad reviewers won't read that far." Its unfortunately true, which is why I wanted to have a wall of support. Thanks for your time and input!
I'd leave out that its the neighborhoods land, and just focus on that its a trail in a greenspace at this location. You added a photosphere so that is a great addition. Avoid ever telling reviewers that something is eligible per the criteria, just annoys.
