Request permission to re-do initial test

To Niantic.
As a happy PoGo player, I submitted a couple of POIs in my neighbourhood, as local stops/gyms are few and far between. My first submission has been in queue for six months now, and I learned that I can earn "upgrades" reviewing POIs of others. I would be happy to do so. Unfortunately, I failed the initial test twice. The first time I did not take it overly seriously, as I wanted to see what it is like, assuming that there would be no restriction on how often this can be taken. The portal does not mention that there is a two-strike policy. Once I learned this elsewhere, I was somewhat apprehensive and let a longer time pass than the cool-down required. Still, although I did copy-paste all criteria for reference, googled each and every question, spent almost an hour on the 10 questions, I failed again. Why I do not know for certain, but I suspect the train in the roundabout; the marker is indeed off from the train proper, but it should not be in the roundabout as it is not safe to access there.
That said, I hereby appeal my exclusion from the review process and would like to request permission do re-do the test once more. I would be happy to contribute reviews of POIs in the local area. The game gave me a lot of joy during the trying months past, and I would consider it only fair to contribute back.

Did you experience a technical issue that caused you to not complete the test, such as a question that didn't show any answer choices or not show the question at all. Those are the only reason Niantic will reset a test.
