Is one of the rewards 10 Upgrades per game?

From the Double Time post;
A new goal and new tier of rewards have been introduced:
Double Time Rewards: 7000+ New Wayspots Accepted
Pokémon GO: 100 Pokéballs, 2 Super Incubators, 2 Incense, 2 Premium Raid Pass, and 10 Wayfarer Upgrades
Ingress: 40 Resonators, 40 Hypercubes, 6 Rare Heat Sinks, 6 Rare Multi-Hacks, 6 SoftBank Ultra Links, and 10 Wayfarer Upgrades
As Pokémon GO & Ingress rewards along with Upgrades are mentioned separately, does this mean if you review with a Wayfarer account that you use for Ingress & Pokémon GO, you get 20? The wording above seems to be 10 for Ingress and 10 for Pokémon GO?

I asked myself the same question. Would be cool but solehow I dont think it would happen.
PoGo and Ingress linked to the same gmail = 1 wayfarer account , so that should still be (and will be) 10 wayfarer upgrades.
It's possible/very likely that you will still receive the ingame PoGo rewards & the ingame Ingress rewards (would be a shame if Niantic would only hand out one reward package, certainly if you can't chose wich reward package you want).
It seems weird to split them out like that. Maybe it would have made sense to add an extra line as I read that as “10 Upgrades along with the Pokémon GO rewards” and then “10 Upgrades along with the Ingress rewards”.
