Additional information: The mural on the pokestop was on the side wall of what is now a Take away restaurant. The mural was only there while the space was unoccupied. As you can see the mural no longer exists.
I have no idea how it was confirmed that the mural existed when it has been removed for a couple of months.

Insufficient Evidence, resubmit Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, trainer. Due to insufficient evidence, we’re unable to remove the Wayspot in question. If you can share additional evidence like geotagged images or a 360° video of the location, we’ll take another look.
As requested 360 degrees geotagged images the pokestop image was on the wall of where the restaurant is now in th last image.
Added a video as well just in case the images are insuffiecient
