I play both pogo and ingress. Will I get the rewards for both games? and if I do will I get a total of 20 wayfarer upgrades as both games have 10 wayfarer upgrades in the rewards.

PoGo and Ingress linked to the same gmail = 1 wayfarer account , so that should still be (and will be) 10 wayfarer upgrades.
It's possible/very likely that you will still receive the ingame PoGo rewards & the ingame Ingress rewards (would be a shame if Niantic would only hand out one reward package, certainly if you can't chose wich reward package you want).
It would be strange if you would get 20 Wayfarer rewards, because it's just 1 Wayfarer account... you didn't review with 2 accounts (with ingress and with pogo, but just with 1 Wayfarer account).
But in the end: it's Niantic... so who knows for sure. 😝
Ahhh I didn't think of it like that. Very good point. Shame I have like 26 submissions waiting to go into voting.
My experience is once you have your Google account linked to ingress, it doesn't work for Pogo. So Ingress would trump Pogo.
When do we get the rewards from the event?

My Google account is linked to both Ingress and Go, my agent and trainer name are the same, will I receive bonus for both then?

I just got a random upgrade and since I was at 15% last time I looked I didn't have anything set up to upgrade so it just grabbed a random one. Not sure if I get more than 1 but I voted on over 30 Russian nominations.

Which would make more sense if I thought that applied to me but I don't think it does - but I will take a free upgrade anyway!
Did you get an increase in agreements? I only have one nomination in queue and it was already upgraded. I just logged on to find 3 new upgrades and about 300 additional agreements.
Oh wow you don't submit much do you? I have absolutely no clue I have over 4500 agreements and 46 submissions in voting and 30 in queue so it would take a lot for me to notice.
Haven't been doing this long and nominations go rather quickly here. The longest wait has been 2 months. The one I mentioned above was in Queue for 4 days and accepted within a few hours. It was upgraded. I also reached 1000 agreements last week and now have 1400 so the timing was there as well.
I have things I submitted a year ago that have never entered voting and some I submitted 2 April's ago that have never finished the voting process.
You can only store a maximum of 10 Upgrades for future use.
Upgrade cap was increased to 1000 on June 1st.
Do we know if these will all show up at once?

I think Niantic was lazy and just sent the number of recieved Upgrades to the accounts. I got 5 Upgrades but only one rejected nomination from that peroid of time.
That is what i shared also in the server. Makes a little bit of sense at least.
