Who sees what reviewers write in the comments?

I do wonder who reads what people write in the comments. Do Niantic employees read them. Does it ever get back to the submitter to help understand what they did wrong? Like for example, when someone gets an email and the reason for rejection is "other rejection criteria," how are they supposed to know what criteria they didn't follow? Just my thoughts. These are questions, I'm not trying to sound like it is a horrible system. Just something that I currently don't know the answer to.

Noone can read the comments. In theory, Niantic could but I don't think they do that.

Yeah. RIP to all the detailed comments I used to write on rejections in my early days on Wayfarer, before becoming aware of this.

Yeah, I guess, If Niantic is reading this, please have the comments mean something, or don't have them at all so people, like on this thread, don't bother writing for nobody.
Yeah, I wish that comments would show up in rejection emails to give a more detail reason as to WHY a nomination was rejected... But that also would turn toxic very quickly. Because when I've had 8 1* private home Walmart gas station posts i just wanna write the worlds longest expletive in there. haha
I do leave comments, and they can be snarky.
no one, or else a lot of us would be in a lot of trouble with the swear jar
If anyone does get them, they're gonna see a lot "bench" from me.
mine are usually: "no no no NO YOU CANT DO THAT", or "ITS YOUR HOME" or "Generic...Basic... Chain... come on people" etc etc
