June 16th is not ended. You can still help the Russian community as you did the last days :)
I think you missed the announcement, the event is over and you can now switch your location.

Yeah, I'd like to know that too. Can I change it now and still be guaranteed the rewards or do I have to wait until the rewards come out just to be sure? I also wish I could reset it to blank but apparently that's not a thing.
