Change of home location

I did not have a home location before the Russia challenge because I did not want lifelong commitment. But there seems to be no way now to unset the home location, only to set a new one.

Why is the home location a lifetime choice. The average marriage in the US last 8.2 years, so why can't we change the home location every 10 years?
