I have received the 10 upgrades but not the passcode for the Ingress items

Hi! I received the 10 upgrades for my requests this morning but I have not received the email with the code to redeem the Ingress items. I have looked in the spam section, in social, in main ... but there is nothing. Are the codes still being delivered? Thanks in advance.

it's the same for me, i thought maybe they're still rolling them out, but other fellow players in my country got the code already. Guess i'll wait and see ...
