Didn't receive 10 Wayfarer Upgrades

I haven't received the 10 upgrades or the rewards too and I reviewed like 25+ russian nominations between 12th and 16th June. My agreement rate is approximately 67%. I come from germany and a lot of other players around here already received their upgrades and rewards. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? I feel like a fool..
