What is the Criteria for receiving rewards for Russia Challenge?

I reviewed 6 Russia nominations and have at least 1 agreement from those reviews, yet I did not receive any rewards. I was wondering is this a glitch or did I somehow did not meet the criteria to receive the rewards.
