Is niantic working at the Weekend? No rewards for Russia

Completed around 100-150 submissions (15/20 from Russia). My badge Nummer is going up but no rewards no Upgrades nothing. For me that is a lot. Befor that Challenge I had maybe like 200 submissions completed (lifetime). So in my opinion I did enought to earn this rewards. I spent like 7-8 Hours for This :(

Niantic takes the weekend off. Sometimes @NianticGiffard will pop in Sunday afternoons or evenings (US time), but that is mainly to process appeals. It's hard to tell if Giffard will be on today, considering that it is Father's Day.
Not on the weekend or ever, they are the laziest and most useless company out there. I hope The Pokemon Company kicks them out as soon as possible.
No hate but I think Hard work that we do for niantic should be rewarded. I dont think I will do any Wayfarer stuff. Its just disapointing :/
@TheFarix-PGO i didn´t recieve my rewards for participating in the russia challenge, please help me i follow all the instructions and i don´t know why don´t get my 10 upgrades and my rewards
