NO Rewards very frustrated no where to get help!

I didn’t get them like many other people and I’m very frustrated as it seems there isn’t any help In this and it seems that it doesn’t really matter and I’m getting blown off I’m not sure what to do and now my bonus is also stuck for year! This isn’t something that is going to help people want to do reviews or challenges in the future! Rewards promised should be rewards gotten!
