Error “Please retry your request”

I encounter this error a lot when I review.

What could be the cause of this error ?

    Network issues are most likely the cause, you can click retry as I also usually get that which gets fixed after retrying or changing the network or you can rather do on PC for better server connection ability for sometime then go back to this again if you want or continue there.

    There are not network issues, at the lease not on my side. It is definitely Wayfarer API error, take a look into the response:

    Usually this response contains necessary data for a reviewed portal. But here is not. Seems like a bug.
