Upgrade Gone Wild

After getting my ten upgrades, from the Russia Wayfarer challenge, I had been extremely diligent about making sure I knew what was upgraded next. I had made sure everyday to get things upgraded and set up what was to be upgraded next.

On Saturday I set my preferred submission for "Upgrade Next". Sunday I took a step away from all things PoGo and Niantic to enjoy some time with family. Figured I'd have until this morning to get the next one set up. Come back this morning and I see three random submissions were upgraded since I last logged on Saturday night.

Super frustrating as I had been so diligent about getting things upgraded in the right order to make sure things that needed to stay local were not selected.

No doubt I will loss a couple of these submissions, several of which have been sitting in queue since March & April and have not received any local votes to date because of their status.

@NianticCasey-ING @NianticGiffard; This process really needs an immediate overhaul if upgrades are going to continue to be part of the wayfarer challenges. It needed to happen like yesterday already, but now it should be a top priority.
