How much is worth each review?

Looking at the comments posted related to the Russian event, for me it's interesting to notice how different each person values their time and involvement in Wayfarer.
Some people say that they reviewed several nominations, so they deserve the rewards and they got none so far.
Some people also state that their email is used for both Ingress and Pokemon, so they deserve 20 upgrades. There's also other persons that use different emails so they got 20 (or more) upgrades.
Other people think that too many people will have now so many upgrades that their nominations won't get a proper boost, so they want this rewards to be more restricted to "the real wayfarers" in future events.
There's also that group of people that will review anywhere at any time, no rewards required.
How do you think that the real world relates to the attitudes in this forum?
