I and friends who have not received the upgrades (Had got pogo and ingress rewards) have found they have been applied overnight. So double-check your settings page to see if you have any current upgrades

Nice one - I've just checked and nobody (in my large local group) has not received them.
Unfortunately I didn't receive them.

I thought all hope was lost but checked this morning and there they were.
Same story here... Girlfriend, a friend of mine and myself changed our home location to Russia and evaluated Russian nominations. Sadly, no one did receive the promised rewards afterwards even when agreements during evaluating the submissions clearly had increased :(
No rewards here :(
