No Russian rewards still? Something to do with a 24 hour timeout?

Hello I started reviewing during the Russian event, was able to review 20+ Russian stops yet did not get any rewards. I have 13 agreements and 14 “denial” agreements but not rewards. My gf did get her rewards yesterday. I did get a 24 hour “cooldown” period could that cause a delay or bug in getting the rewards? Thanks for any help didn’t know if anyone else had the same experience.
