I was playing around with ingress and found a spot where the photos were doing strange things.

As you can see, the two people who posted the photo appear to be duplicating each other.
It is not clear which one of them is the one who stole the photo, but it can be called abuse.

According to the tweet, he received an approval email under his resistance account, but the spot was registered under his enlightened account, suggesting that it was a multiple account by the same person.
