@AnzuKadotani-PGO As stated in the announcement, you should be eligible for rewards as long you had your Home location set to Russia and reviewed Russian nominations. If you satisfy the above requirement, please write back.
I have not gotten my in-game rewards or upgrades for the Russian wayfarer challenge. I set my home location to Russia and reviewed roughly 10 Russian submissions during the event.
I got my information about the Russia Challenge from a Reddit post on TheSilphRoad. I took their advice and changed my bonus location not my home location, i was told i could change it back after the challenge was over. Friend of mine changed his bonus location also and received the awards, myself on the other hand haven't received the awards. Reviewed some Russian wayspots, don't know if i got an agreement. Hope i still qualify for the upgrades.

I'm in the same boat, had my location set to Russia and reviewed sevaral russian nominations, yet there is still nothing.
No ingame rewards and no upgrades.
