Basically, it should be where Home for Girls portal is (https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=34.138515,-118.356439), but I submitted an edit for Home for Girls to be moved here, to its proper location:

Once these two edits go thru, the portals will not sit on top of each other but both will be at proper locations.
