Wayspot oscillates between two houses (Case at Ibaraki-Pref.)

I've come across some very interesting applications.
It's a proposal to edit the location information, and although there is indeed a park in the vicinity, the two proposed edits are both private houses.

The title itself means
"A slide in a small park".

It looks as if the two houses are fighting over this wayspot.
