Childrens mozaiek Wall (restore please)

Please restore the portal Childrens mozaiek wall
City: Hazerwoude Rijndijk, Molenlaan
Country: The Netherlands
It is still there and it is on public road. Street molenlaan pic:
removal of this portal is requested probably because it was often used for a field which is unfair use of the appeals.

I still cannot find the mural. But the location is in the yard of one of the row houses.
You're going to need proof of existence
Location is on the Molenlaan. If you switch to street view you will clearly see the wall mosaic.
Here is a capture from google maps:
Pic at the location on Molenlaan.
In that case, it looks to be on the wall of somebodies garden. Nice mosaic, but the location would make it "Private Residential Property". If somebody reported it as such, this is likely why it got removed.
It's on the street side and not in someone's garden or driveway/ front door. I don't think that someone has a problem with this location. It's also an old submit when the rules where different then now. It's a very nice mural so I think it must stay in the games

It does not matter if it is on the street side. If the wall is part of private residential property, than anything on that wall is invalid.
Private Residential Property
For posterity, I'll say it here: if a possible Wayspot appears on any part of someone's property, including the exterior wall, it's ineligible.
[NianticCasey June 2020]
Like I said it's an old waypoint. It's not necessary to remove all the waypoints which not comply to the new rules.
In this case there is no nuisance or what sowever so there is no need to remove this waypoint.
Any Wayspot that meets the removal criteria is subject to removal. There is not "statute of limitations" for the removal criteria.
If somebody reported it as "invalid" and Niantic agreed that it was on the wall of a PRP, they they would have to follow their own criteria and remove it.
Someone complained and it was rightfully removed because it meets removal criteria.
The only people that have right to complain are the people who live there
When all this kind of portals must be removed then there are many waypoints that should be removed.
Anyone can report invalid Wayspots. It is not limited to just the people who live there.
If you know of any, you can help report them
I only report waypoints which are removed or fake.
Most time I must start a appeal and niantic doesn't remove them because not enough evidence.
Also a lot of people make a mosaic tile and put it in the street and they have a home waypoint. Just irritating the system.
And a nice mural which is pretty ok is removed because of new rules
These aren't new rules.
My question by looking at the satellite view is are these individual townhouses or condos that are owned by individual families? Since there is a playground that looks to be shared nearby is this complex owned by one person and then each individual area rented out? I don't know enough about how property ownership works in the Netherlands. But if you can show that this complex is basically an apartment complex then you could make the argument that it is not private residential property.
If each of the units are individually owned even if a few of them are rentals then you have a much harder Hill to climb.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Portal.
