Shutter Art - yay or nay

Hi.
I love shutter art. It's usually amazing pieces of art that are kind of like hidden gems because they will only come out at night.
I've gotten 2 pieces locally accepted myself and a 3rd is an older portal but I'm struggling to get a 4th accepted because people are rating it as a generic business or temporary.
Please let me know whether I am a chancer or whether I've been super unlucky with reviewers on 4 separate attempt of this below.
PS it looks super realistic and I would 100% show all the shutter to visitors if they like art because it's all really incredible and cool.

It definitely sounds like you've been unlucky.
The shutter art looks pretty cool, too.

Shutter art often gets marked down for being temporary because some people expect it to be visible 24 hours a day. Also if the shutter art resembles the nature of the business too much, it may be connected to the business and deemed a generic business. I'm guessing the shutter artwork is part of a fruit store or supermarket of some sort. Might be difficult to get the right set of reviewers, or you might need a photosphere with the shutter art.

It's a smoothie business. Obvs at the moment it is visible 24hrs a day due to being closed during lockdown. It doesn't need a sphere because the supporting photo and other supporting info support location without it being visible.
I mean technically, nothing is permanent. There is a theory or philosophy that things only exist for as long as they're observed, meaning everything is temporary.
On a less philosophical note, I wouldn't say, from a reviewing point of view that shutter art is temporary. It's there, even if we can't see it.
I would approve something like this. Agree that it Sounds like you were unlucky.
Unlucky 4 times 😅 I've resubbed and I think Niantic are going to ban me from submitting at some point.
Doubtful they'd ban you. It's not like you're submitting abusive things
I wonder what makes people reject them despite being acceptable. Here in Italy they keep getting rejected. For example, despite being visible on maps, I'm struggling with these 2
The first one definitely looks like it's part of a garage/car mechanic's business branding.
The second Im going to assume is apart of the same building? If so, reviewers probably see it as part of the business branding like the first one.
they're part of different stores. No garage.
