Pokestop, Gyms and Portals in military bases

Hi everyone, I need a little clarification. In the current rules for the elegibility of a new wayspot there is an absolute prohibition for the creation of a POI inside a military base, in Italy there are several POIs already in the network located inside structures of this type, to theoretically, no one should be able to take actions in a legitimate way, given that such locations can detect the position of a person in a range of a few meters and therefore be a breach in the security of the State Secret (the location of each military or civilian within these structures, however, falls within the military protocols).
What is the best line to follow to request their eventual removal? Among others, given that within these areas no one can take photos, photosphere or other, how can I act to report them in a massive way in order to eliminate this criticism?

I know that someone else has contacted the military officials at those bases to explain, and ask for an email from them to stop people trying to come into the base, and have then sent this on to Niantic.
The only way is for the base commander to request their removal via the Niantic form. While no new Waypoints should be created on military bases, Niantic seem happy to leave old existing ones in place.
